Sunny Studio Stamps: On The List

Before I go, here is the last lo I have created in which I used products from my first kit by Studio Calico. I have heard so many fab things about SC so I decided to take the plunge and try them out. (Think about it ladies, if we are not scrapping, we are shopping for scrapy supplies. It is a vicious cycle!!! LOL!!! )Such sweet papers for a sweet picture. This is Abigail and my niece, Madisyn. They truly are some "sweet lil Girls".
mmmmm, yummy!!!! Shhhhhhh, don't tell my husband!!!
Another thing you may not know is that I have a tattoo. What is even more shocking is that I got it just this past year before my 37th birthday. I have always said that IF I ever got one it would be a fleur des leis. My tattoo signifies my heritage and my love for where I come from. I am a Louisiana girl, born and bred. But don't be fooled by my accent, because I am also an intelligent woman. I loved the quote from "Sweet Home Alabama", where jake said, "I may talk slow but I'm not stupid". That is a big pet peeve of mine...I do not believe in making judgements about people based on their race, sex, religion or nationality. As a Christian, I strongly believe in the phrase, "treat others as you want to be treated". I believe you should love one another, keep an open heart and open mind. The minute you judge another, you have closed the door to all sorts of possibilities. Stepping off of my soapbox...

Saw this on facebook a couple of weeks ago and loved it!!!!! Sad...but true!!!!

Friday Duane completed his classwork training for the Union Pacific Railroad. He has one more month of on-the-job training and he will receive his license as an engineer! I am so very proud of him. We made a huge sacrifice in order for him to do this because UP decreases your salary tremondously until completion of the course. I love you Duane and I thank you for your commitment and determination.

Now for project 365...
