Back from the Beach

Still dusting the sand off my heels and trying to put my house back in order from our beach vacation. We had such an awesome time and I took some amazing pictures....can't wait to scrap them. Just thought I would drop off a few layouts. Enjoy and thanks for looking.

This is Landon and his girlfriend, Victoria, on our trip to dear hubby's sister's house for the fourth of July. More layouts to come from this day...we had a fabulous time!!!!!!

Abigail playing in the sprinkler while we were visiting my best friend from my hometown.

Just a fun play on words...."pigs in a blanket"...."girl in a blanket".

Duane and Caleb spending some quality time together! Love days like this!

Getting Back to the Scrapping Table

I was once told that in order to scrap your life you first have to live it. Well, the kids and I have spent this past month doing just that. Just thought I would share some of the pics from 2 recent trips we made visiting family and friends.

I managed to scrap a couple of layouts while on my vacation...had to finish them when I got home...it is so hard to travel and scrap for me because I do not have all of my supplies at my fingertips when I need them. I have not yet perfected the art of scrap-n-go like some of the ladies I have met who attend weekly crop nights.

I was recently given the priveledge to be featured on the Graphic 45 blog!!!!! So very exciting....here is one of the layouts I submitted. Check out the link if you get a chance.

This week the kids will be involved with Vacation Bible School...which means back to the scrapping table for me!!!! Yeah!!!!! I figure it is time to get my scrappy groove on again. I have had a much needed break to recharge my batteries and now I am ready to ROLL!!!!! The next trip we make will be to the beach. We are so EXCITED. I haven't been to a beach in EONS...Seriously!!!!! I'm sure I will post again before then. What have you been doing this summer?
